  The story of Anthony Grant is one of transformation, faith, resilience, and the steady
awakening of purpose. His journey did not begin with mentors, guidance, or a roadmap
created by others. It began with something personal. It began with the decision to believe in
himself, the call to trust in God, and the willingness to grow into the man he was meant to
be.

 

  Anthony’s entrepreneurial spark first ignited in 2011, and the years that followed
became foundational.

  He learned, attempted, failed, rose, and learned again. He edited blogs, built websites, photographed artists, managed talent, and sang professionally for major
stadiums and national events. Beneath every creative effort and professional step, a deeper
spiritual shaping was taking place. It was the formation of a calling that had not yet revealed
its full purpose.

  In his early years, Anthony explored many avenues. He managed artists in the music
industry before he fully understood the environment. In 2013 he landed his first celebrity
interview with Shanell from Young Money for his online magazine. That moment showed
him that people saw something in him that he had not yet seen in himself. He continued to
build his creative identity through performance and media. Between 2013 and 2018 he
sang the national anthem at Charlotte Knights baseball games, multiple Walmart grand
openings, CIAA related events, and the Lupus Walk in Charlotte for several consecutive
years. In 2015 Walmart flew him to Florida to sing at a major corporate meeting with
thousands in attendance and tens of thousands watching worldwide. He still calls that
experience his twenty four hours of Hollywood because it confirmed his ability to stand on
large stages and deliver calmly and confidently.

 

  He also worked as a recruiter between 2015 and 2017, a role he loved because it allowed
him to help people secure opportunities that changed their lives. Even though he disliked
the numbers driven nature of the industry, he cherished the feeling of being the person who
could help someone step into a new season. Those early years did not bring wealth, but they
brought something more valuable. They brought education and initiation. Anthony now
looks back on the period from 2011 to 2018 as the education or the initiation. These were
long years filled with small wins, mistakes, lessons, and a crucial realization. His greatest
mistake was not believing in himself enough. He understands now that self belief pushes a
person to invest in their own growth, brand, and future. At that time he held back and
hesitated. Even so, those years taught him who he was and who he was becoming.
By 2018 Anthony experienced a major personal shift. He began to see himself and the world
differently. He worked at UPS and entered a season of deep internal change. Between 2018
and 2020 he went through a period marked by discernment. He quietly ended many
relationships, friendships, and even some family connections in his heart. He did not make
enemies. He simply recognized that not everyone could accompany him into the next
chapter. These years were not glamorous. They were quiet and internal. They were filled
with questions and a strong desire to understand life more clearly. Yet they were necessary
and transformative.

  In 2019 CXSH Media was born.  He did not launch it formally at first. Instead he treated it as a hobby because he did not want the pressure of failing publicly again. He had a reputation for starting things and not always finishing them, so he eased into this new identity. CXSH Media began as a blog and platform for independent artists. Anthony created playlists and wrote about music he enjoyed.

  People already trusted his taste. Friends often asked about the songs he played when they
rode with him. He took that natural influence into the independent scene and began
uplifting artists who deserved more attention. As his platform grew he invested small
amounts into sponsoring local events so that his logo could appear on promotional flyers.
These small efforts expanded his visibility and positioned CXSH Media as a rising brand. He
was invited to small media oriented podcasts and radio style conversations where he spoke
about music, culture, and the artists he believed in.

  Late in 2020 everything shifted. Anthony injured his foot and had to take a leave of absence
from work. What could have felt like a setback became divine positioning. He used the time
to upgrade CXSH Media and to make it more cohesive. He redesigned the brand with a
polished black and gold aesthetic and strengthened the website. This was when CXSH Media
began transforming from a casual project into a serious part of his identity.
Around that same time Clubhouse emerged. It was an invite only audio platform for iPhone
users. While many in his local circle were unwilling to extend an invite, one verified creator
from out of state whom he had supported through blogging offered him one. Anthony joined
the platform the day before Christmas Eve in 2020, a day he now considers one of the best
of his life. Clubhouse changed everything. Within months he was speaking in rooms with
hundreds of listeners at a time. His voice and story resonated beyond his immediate
network. People felt connected to him. On June first of 2021 he officially became a full time
entrepreneur.

 

 
  Life does not rise in a perfect line. In May 2022 Anthony’s father passed away. The grief was
heavy and overwhelming. At the same time the music industry environment around him
became increasingly chaotic and filled with drama. The combination of personal loss and
professional stress pushed him to shut everything down. In October 2022 he closed CXSH
Media and stepped away from the world. For nearly two years he worked a warehouse job
and lived quietly. He rested, prayed, reflected, and allowed himself to heal. What looked like
stagnation was actually reconstruction. God reshaped his heart. His temper softened. His
judgment eased. His humility deepened. He matured spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
He finally began developing the fruits of the Spirit that had been forming in him for years.
The Cxsh House quietly ended in July 2025. CXSH Media still exists online for now although
its future remains inconclusive. By fall 2025 Anthony felt God stirring him back into movement.

 

  In September 2025 he launched CCDT Inc. It is a firearms safety and training company built
on confidence, empowerment, and education. As an NRA certified pistol instructor he

stepped naturally into a role that reflected both his skill and his desire to help people feel
safe and capable. Many people underestimated him based on appearance, never imagining
he possessed the discipline, precision, and ability of a serious marksman. Teaching firearms
safety became a way to give people confidence and remove fear. For Anthony firearms
instruction was not simply about guns. It was about helping people reclaim power through
knowledge.

 

  One month later in October 2025 he launched Orim Link, a business solutions and
technology company that provides UCaaS systems, AI resources, cybersecurity tools,
branding, and more. Orim means lights in Hebrew and the name represents exactly what
the company provides. Orim Link illuminates pathways that lead to clarity, growth, and
success. The creativity and strategic thinking that once lived in CXSH Media evolved into
something more refined and powerful. Orim Link became a bridge for entrepreneurs,
dreamers, and established companies, helping them simplify, streamline, and scale their
operations with modern solutions.

 

  Then came confirmation. Only one week after telling his cousin that he thought it would be
amazing to one day partner with a technology company called Enso, he received an
unexpected message from them. They reached out to say they admired the way he used
their platform and wanted him to become an affiliate. He did not apply. He did not ask. It arrived without warning. To Anthony it felt like God saying yes to his new direction. The
opportunity appeared precisely when he was prepared for it. His business was formed. His website was active. His belief in himself had matured. The opportunity met him in
alignment.

 

  Across every field he touches there is a single thread that ties his work together. That
thread is self belief. Anthony’s mission is to embody it so he can teach it to others. He holds a deeper mission as well. His quiet and personal desire is to lead people to God through what God does in his life. He wants his story to serve as testimony. He hopes that when people witness his success they see God’s hand in every part of it. He enjoys sharing testimonies with others and revealing what God is capable of. He looks forward to the day when his success is so visible that the only explanation is faith.

 

  As a leader Anthony is people first. He leads with compassion, understanding, and respect. If someone is on his team he believes they should rise with him. He understands that not everyone moves at the same pace but everyone deserves dignity and opportunity. Whether he is helping a team member navigate a personal emergency or teaching someone step by step, his leadership is rooted in empathy. He leads by example and supports people through presence and action. For him leadership means understanding before correcting, guiding before judging, and lifting others rather than tearing them down.

 

  Anthony sees his future with clarity. He sees himself walking through his penthouse in
Uptown Charlotte with multiple companies and multiple streams of income. He sees a life filled with purpose, excellence, and service. He sees himself changing businesses, changing lives, and uplifting his community in ways never seen before. When people remember him, he wants them to say that he changed their life and that he led them to God.

  His journey continues to unfold. It is a story written with purpose, shaped through trial, fueled by faith, and guided by light.
